I enjoy using anything with a shutter release, but now rarely use film. I am firmly in favour of Canon for digital photography and principally use an EOS 40D and, for pocket use, a Powershot G9.



Some of my uploads are a selection of very early photos going right back to childhood snaps I took with a Brownie box camera, and later a Felica 120 and so on. I estimate I currently have around 8,000 - 10,000 prints (and several more negatives which I never printed) so some of these will keep appearing in my photostream from time to time.



Apart from the "photo-sharing" aspect, I've found Flickr to be a great place to receive feedback (and I always welcome comments) and view some really great inspirational photography from around the globe.


Hopefully never needed, Flickr might also serve as some form of back-up in case of an unthinkable fire, flood or tempest!
