Just one of those people who enjoy food enough to get pleasure from it as a hobby. I've been married to an Okinawa musician since 1974. Around two years ago, we decided to take a journey in the culinary world by trying to create new dishes aimed at the combination of our fickle individual taste buds. We figured if a dish was able to pass both of our taste/visual tests then it couldn't be all that bad. And since neither of us are professional or even amateur foodies, until now, the creativeness of experimenting in the culinary world was attractive to us both.
