First of all I am so sorry that I just don't have enough time at the moment to comment as much as I would like to do, it's the reason why I'm not posting in many groups and also not taking on more contacts, just feel so bad when I can't do justice to your lovely pictures.

I am over 50, eternal student, bad housewife, flying mom, carer and museum guide. Dutch expat, living in Singapore now after 6 years in Scotland but often travelling between Singapore and Europe(The Netherlands, Scotland, Italy). Slightly obsessed with photography since doing the OU T189 Digital Photography course from Oct to Dec 2007.

I will take pictures of anything, but nature and flowers and plants in particular are my main subjects. Would love to make more pictures of fauna, but they're not always so cooperative. And I'm a bit too shy and wary of intruding to make many candid shots of people :-)

I love the way photography makes me look more and I thrive on all the colour in the world

-My trusty bridge camera Minolta Dimage Z1
-A Sony Cybershot DSC-T100 when travelling very light
-A Nikon D60 since June 08 with AF-S Nikkor 55-200 mm, AF-S Nikkor 18-55mm , AF-S Micro Nikkor 60mm and Tamron 18-270 mm, which I'm all ever so slowly getting to know better
-A Nikon D90 since June 2010

I'm very much an amateur, quite grateful for any comments and very happy when people like my pictures so much that they fave them , but while I do regret to have to say and do this, anyone who faves my pictures without making a comment who doesn't have any pictures available for me to view in return will be blocked
