Remember that kid who always had a camera with him, no matter where he went?

Remember that kid who seemed to always follow you around, who bugged you and took embarrasing photos of you in the most unflattering and random of moments?

Remember that kid who you could always count on to capture the precious moments, ones that you would cherish for the rest of your life? Moments that you and your loved ones could reflect on now and laugh, nod or smile acknowledgingly. Remember that kid?

Well that kid was me.

Born 01.01.1979 in Vientiane, Laos
Grew up in Sydney, Australia
Currently living and shooting in Toronto, Canada

Photography was always a passion of mine. I guess my interest first began when I was old enough to know what that beast of a thing was that my father took with him on family outings. It was his 35mm film camera. I don't recall the make or model now but we still have the prints in a dusty album somewhere. Captured for all to see is my childhood, and the growth and development of our family. Faded are some of the images, time and oil from our finger prints taking its toll. Those were the days...

Zoom to present day and it's all about the digital SLR for me.
