After spending nearly a decade as a reporter for The Indianapolis Star, I’m now freelancing full time, specializing in outdoor, cycling and travel journalism. Over the years, my byline has appeared in numerous publications, including National Geographic Traveler, AARP Bulletin, Journey, Indianapolis At Home, NUVO, Antique Week, Cyclocross Magazine and Outdoor Indiana. When I’m not hunched over a keyboard, you’ll likely find me either pedaling the backroads and trails of the Midwest on my bicycle or hopping around the globe with my beautiful wife, Dee.
