Sandra Jarvis began her career in the hospitality industry in the early 1990’s. She worked in every facet of the business, including marketing, service and management providing a complete understanding of the challenges facing a restaurant, nightclub, or hospitality venue. This knowledge, along with a complete network of contractors, architects and attorneys enables complete client service, ranging from site selection, design and layout, to permitting, licensing, or other special project needs.

In addition to hospitality based projects, Sandra's commercial real estate focus includes creative office, adaptive reuse & special purpose properties. Sandra has successfully completed numerous creative projects representing both landlords and tenants. In 2009 Sandra decided to branch out on her own and IndySQUARED was born. She celebrates IndySQUARED's second anniversary in 2011 through client satisfaction and increasing sales despite an overall lackluster economy. Sandra looks forward to working with energetic, motivated people who share her passion for hospitality, adaptive reuse, and creativity.
