I'm self taught in just about everything I know. I was an art director and graphic designer for almost 20 years before becoming a software trainer for a major computer company whose name I won't say but it rhymes with Snapple.
Right now I'm an amateur just starting out with my little Canon Rebel (the first one) and I recently picked up a used Canon 20D. I've been smacking myself in the head for not getting something like this sooner....
