IndependenceFirst is Metro Milwaukee's FIRST resource on access and independent living for people with disabilities. Since 1979 IndependenceFirst has been assisting people with disabilities of all kinds, in all age groups to realize their goals through our programs and services. We seek to be the FIRST call people make when they have a question about disabilities or access since we pride ourselves on answering over 5000 inquiries each year in our information and referral program. If we don't have a program that can help, we know who does.
