We like how Flickr brings the world together with images. We enjoy seeing snippets of "normal" life in different parts of the world and attempt to display images that may be of interest to persons from other areas of this big blue marble.

If it's "Not safe for work", it's Not safe for us.

If accepting your 'invitation' to join a group implies an OBLIGATION on my part to comment on a certain number of photos in your pool, then I'll ignore your 'invitation' - no matter how prestigious you may consider your group to be !

This doesn't mean that I'm against commenting on photos from other members, not at all!
What I'm AGAINST is BEING OBLIGED to comment on a certain number of photos - and I myself would prefer to receive a 'lesser than average' amount of comments from other Flickr members, conscious of the fact that those rather few comments were spontaneous and 'sincere' and NOT a result of any kind of OBLIGATION ! ! !

All my photos are snapshots. - For those among you who'd like to learn something about photography by looking at photos on Flickr I suggest that instead of looking at my photos you study my 'favorites' !
I've collected these 'favorites' in order to learn something myself, and - thanks to Flickr - at the same time serving as my way of paying tribute to the skills of their owners!
