On a huge foodie bender these days where I am learning canning, dehydrating, and other forms of food preservation. Trying out making my own snacks and meals instead of buying ready made stuff. Ice cream, crackers, bread, etc. Planted one hell of a vegetable and herb container garden, too.

My husband runs GeekInTheCity.com, a website dedicated to pop culture rambling and rants with a helping of usable information on movies, games, music, and all things geeky. I help out behind the scenes whenever he can pull me away from my DIY projects.
