Update Aug 2011 - i will be removing my photos from all groups that allow unfettered membership. This is because it makes no sense for me to restrict the ability to view my photos (using friends and family) when that can be bypassed by membership of a group. In my group (gravitas), i only allow people to become members if they are themselves active and genuine sharers. This ensures that the only people with unfettered access are photo sharers themselves.

in my photographs i aim to be astride art and porn. i want my pictures to arouse sexually, to be rude, to insinuate sex or even depict it baldly but never to be commonplace. i want the art snobs to acknowledge them as good enough for their galleries and the wankers (i mean that in a literal, nice way [i'm often a wanker myself]) to mark them for their attention later.

i am aimng to show everyday sensuality and eroticism. What it is about watching my wife bent over or her ass in motion that makes me want to fuck her. This happens to me everyday and yet it is not commonplace nor does it grow old (at least for me). Not only that, it is hugely erotic and (i think) artistic i think authenticity makes for better pictures. A lot of the best pictures of her are taken when she is doing something (ie not posing) - often in motion. To get them i have to take lots and lots of pictures - most of which get discarded.

the female form only exists for me in the context of sex and/or mother. it isn't like a tree or a landscape or the many forms of beauty found in nature. None of them make my dick hard - but women do. The idea, then, that they should be depicted in a way that alludes only to the beauty of their lines and curves as though they were simply a natural form of beauty so that even the depiction of the very object that causes our dicks to go hard must be stripped of arousal and/or tittilation seems false to me.
