my fork, spoon and knife:

my first camera was the Mafafa Musguito Kodak (c-110, Mexico 1982). Recently my digital camera died in an tragic but romantic meeting with the floor.

I have relied for more than a year on a Lomography Action Sampler Camera (35mm, Berlin 2007). I'm enjoying it while I save enough to stop being so cool.

November 2006: Diana + joined us... but has never actually worked... ruining a couple of hard to get 120 filmrolls and breaking my heart.


2008: welcome thirty+1 and welcome to my first ever SLR (and digital) friend (thanks mommy!)

My recipe:
I don't take pictures because I must accept that we can not make the impermanence last forever;
I don't take pictures because I must aim at reducing the negative ecological impact of my human activities especially those requiring technology;
I don't take pictures because I love when you take pictures at me.

Amidst these contradictions, when I dare, I take pictures.
