I hate personal statements to be honest...

I'm very fortunate to live in such a picturesque city. Everywhere I turn I'm confronted with decisions of what to pay attention to with my lens.

It's this same ridiculous amount of things to see that allows me to daily learn something new about how I use the lens to see the world and how to better capture it.

I once asked a photographer what camera they used and received the equivalent of a verbal slap in the face for asking about the hardware and not the ego. I've never forgotten that. If you have a question about what equipment I use, ask away. I have no secrets and know that it's not just me taking the photo, without the lens I have only my hands and mouth to relate an image to you.
