I make art to soothe my soul...it's therapy for me, and a fun hobby.
I have been upcycling- that is, re-purposing items instead of throwing them away and won a prize at a museum for making a recycled dollhouse when I was ten. My off-beat point-of-view is reflected in the sculpture, jewelry, and paintings I create, which often mix curbside finds, color, texture, and unexpected elements, and are designed to bring a smile to anyone's face. :)
