I must say I'm inspired by work I've seen on Flickr. There so much that well conceived and superbly executed.

I am a chef by training and food scientist by education. I currently work as the director of product development for a food manufacturer in western Canada. I mention this because food and the rituals surrounding it will form a great deal of my work. I'm also fond of capturing the natural wonders of BC so you'll see a bit of that too.

I hope my association with Flickr will make me a better shooter. To hasten that end, comments and constructive criticism about my images will be gratefully and enthusiastically received.
