I am a rank amateur photographer; in my mind I am a wonderful artist, but the reality is my drawing and painting skills don't get me beyond matchstick figures, so photography lets me play and express myself. Sometimes, because of the kindness of nature, I take a picture that I am really proud of; when that happens I want everyone to tell me how good it is. I just wish I could do it consistently.
I photograph in RAW format, so if you ever want the original to play about with yourself we can come to some arrangement.
