I live in the part of northeastern Illinois that is almost in Wisconsin. I've been married for a long time and have 2 school-aged children. One of those kids couldn't care less about crafting, but the other one... she's on her way to a lifetime of satisfying hobbies. Once upon a time I was an elementary school teacher, but I've been home avoiding housework since my oldest was born.
I tend to make fiber-art things that involve needles, hooks, or thread.
