HELLO FLICKR
Fran here. Mother , Granny, and Flickr Freak.
I have been in the Flickr community since March 2005 ..my first shots are now private so you cannot see that far back.
I am now in my retirement part of life...where I just get to enjoy
choices like writing, photography , and traveling a bit. Well at least when I am able to with my health issues.
I love point and shoot cameras...just my style. and I have quite a few. Since I began Flickr I have retired 6 cameras !!
My main focus in photography is shooting what I love and what my mind sees as beauty or interesting. I used mainly Picasa , Picknik and a tiny bit of Jasc Paint Shop Pro to edit my photos. I like to keep things simple.
Oh and I love COLORFUL shots and often do Macros of colorful items.
I do many times keep my photos where they cannot have comments. And many times I erase comments from previously posted photos...it's just some compulsive thing I do. Sorry if it bothers you.
I have begun to make private many shots due to theft .
When I found my most viewed shot of candy used on
an adult site...that was it for me this March 2009
So now I post and then make private.
I don't care any more if it makes or stays in explore.
In case I have blocked you ..did you fave a picture of mine and I had never seen you around plus you made no comment ?
Did I just make only one comment and you made me a contact for your collection of hundreds?? Then I may have blocked you.
Are you a stranger and you fave my familys photos...
then you are BLOCKED !
Are you A block head? Do you have intimate shots?
Did you try to correct a grammar or mispelled word and I
do not know you? Did you spam me with a huge photo in my comments when I had never seen you before?
Well then I could have blocked you .
Don't get annoyed...it's part of my just owning my space here.

Franny,
I found this poem today and to me it says so much and can have so many beautiful meanings for each person who reads it. I just know that on flickr there are no accidents to the true friends we find and connect with here . Franny is one of these special, creative, deep seeking, deep devotion to her family and friends and pets and inspiring person! I feel so honored to have found her and treasure her friendship! She is spirited yet quiet in reflections and all this comes out in her photo's , her words, her wonderful ways to make each visit to her site full of wonder, joy and fun. Bella, yes dear Bella ....and do watch your toys and balls as Heffala bulldog surfs the site when I am not here. She is clever and yes...she licks her paws and drives me nuts.
