The Foundation is the fundraising arm of the Humber River Regional Hospital. Our mission is to raise funds for the latest and most sophisticated medical equipment, improvements to patient care and vital renovations. We are governed by an energetic volunteer board of directors who approve and support our activities. Each project that we embark upon always has volunteer input and guidance.

We are one of Ontario's largest regional acute care hospitals, with a wide network of more than 75 formal partnerships to support patient care across the continuum. Our team works hard every day to care for our community and to be accountable to them for our performance. Humber River Regional Hospital was formed in 1997 through the voluntary merger of three community hospitals.
