  "The first contact I had with childofGOD was when I saw her Three Tiger Lilies (orange) posted on June 11, 2007, only a couple of weeks after joining Flickr. I marked it as a fave and forgot to comment... which is something I try NEVER to do!! But anyway she must not have minded and we added each other to our contacts the same day... LOL :-D
  
  Starting the next day she visited my photo stream and left very gracious and encouraging comments on several photos AND invited me to join the groups OneofAKind and An Awesome Shot! She was also the one who explained to me where to find info on how the mysterious Explore Page works and has continued to return to my photo stream on a regular basis ever since.
  
  When I saw a note on her photo stream that she was having PC problems and might not be able to continue uploading her wonderful photos (especially her flowers), I decided I would try to help. At first I just gave suggestions by Flickrmail, then realized my wife and I would be traveling right by her home in Virginia on the way to a wedding. So we made arrangements to stop for a visit with her and her family on July 20 to see if there was anything else I could do for her.
  
  We had a wonderful time meeting her husband and daughter, and they welcomed us into their home like we had known each other for years! They have a quiet but strong Christian way about them and we are so happy to have gotten to know them a little better. childofGOD takes no credit for her photos but it's evident that God has given her a gift for His glory, and with God's blessing I hope we will continue to see more of it for years to come! My photo titled Fincastle Farm is dedicated to my Flickr friend. :-)"
