Hi!
My name is Ilaria, I'm from Genoa, Italy and I'm an amateur photographer. I work mainly with my Olympus E 510 (+ 14-42 mm, 40-150 mm and some mechanical macro lenses rearranged for my digital camera) and my compact camera, a Nikon S8000. I'm here to show my works and get feedback to grow as a photographer.
I have 3 huge passions: photography, singing and ice skating. I started photographing when I was 4, but I didn't take it seriously until I was 18. I've been singing since I was 16 and playing the piano since I was 7. Ice skating is a passion I never considered before 2008 beause my town hasn't got an ice rink all year round. In January 2008 I understood I couldn't keep on pretending I'm not interested in it and started skating. Now I'm deeply in love with this sport.
I study foreign languages at university. I speak Italian, English, French and a bit German and Swedish. French and Swedish are my favourite ones.
Music and ice skating are often central themes in my pictures.
