"holgalomaniac is an underrated photographer - underrated by himself. Personally I find his work inspiring, particularly his work with colour. He is able to get compelling images out of his beloved Holgas, which is something of a feat in and of itself! But don't take my word for it, look at his stuff and make up your own mind. "Holgalomaniac...I think that's Romanian, and I can tell you he's a man with a plan and you can just call him Holgalomighty for short. I still have difficulties pronouncing his name right, but I sure as hell don't have trouble relating to his wonderful vision. Eddy brings you up close and right in your face with his photography. He's everywhere you want to be. His most recent work certainly caught my attention as he was able to show a more disturbing side to reality and it's those stunning images from the Whitby Hospital that I found the most interesting and made them my favorite works from him. Ah hell, Ed's a fantastic guy with great shoes and probably smells goddamn good too."
