I’m a native of northern California, where crafting is as much a part of the landscape as are the apples and wine the area is famous for. I came to eastern Canada in 2008 by way of the US midwest, joined and supported by my husband of 15 years and our amazing 7 year old son.

I enjoy scrapping, photography, cooking, traveling, knitting. organic gardening and homeschooling my son. I also enjoy crafting using recycled/upcycled materials and pursuing my passions in an ecologically aware manner.

I hope, someday, to see that the grass isn’t actually greener on the other side of any border, but for now my wanderlust still gets the best of me. At least needles and yarn are portable and homeschooling knows no boundaries!
