Paper Moon Vintage's photostream  

Paper Moon Vintage is novelty and event Photography, as well as Vintage clothing and accessories. I set up my photo booth and vintage vending at various vintage-themed events in the L.A. and Inland Empire area.
I have my BA in Fine Arts with an emphasis in Photography, as well as Painting and graduated from Cal State University, Northridge in 2002. I then found myself working on a living history farm called Riley's Farm in Oak Glen- there I set up an old-time photo booth for visitors. For the next 5 years I worked in Archaeology -as a photographer on excavations and in the lab, developing a photo journalistic and scientific eye, in addition to my artistic one. I also worked at a studio in LA doing portraits for a summer. I have since become interested primarily in the 1920's-30's, but love all vintage!
My fascination for paper moon photo postcards, popular in America from the 1900's through the 40's, lead me to make my own moon! After opening and co-owning Hobo's Vintage in Redlands, I have now started my own on-line shop and photography op, which I name Paper Moon Vintage. The moon is available to book for events, weddings and parties, complete with on-site photo printing and a trunk of props for dress-up. Contact me for pricing!!
