Hi! I am a graduate student in Toronto who is trying to court the non-writing side of my brain through "artistic expression" or something innocuous like that!
My work, like my life is very much a negotiation between feminist theory and a love of history, especially the Post-war and Victorian eras, which are not too feminist... I enjoy juxtapositions and ways to (re)think space and place. If you take a look at my pictures you may see this illustrated, and then again, you may not!
I've really enjoyed swapping and trading ATCs these last view months and would love to continue that if anyone is interested! Let me know.
Oh, and can I just say, I LOVE LOVE my Favorites! they make me so happy! and i LOVE looking at other people's favorites. i think it is really interesting that everybody's pictures are similar in and amongst themselves but are so different in comparison with everyone else's!
