Technology has made it possible for people to manufacture amazing photos without knowing what an f-stop is or understanding the relationship between aperature, shutter speed, exposure, and white balance. It's all taken care of by your latest fuji, canon, nikon, 's firmware. I'm upset by this, but I also benefit from its conveniences. The rules of quality have changed. I'm not impressed with what you can do with your various post processing tools but what you can do with your idea and execution of that idea (without the cheating).

If you own photoshop, you are probably cheating. Don't even try to justify it. And no amount of sycophantic commentary by the masses changes anything.
