My name is Henry Takasan and I am an experienced chef. I was originally trained as a sushi chef in Japan before moving to Hat Creek and opening the Golden Lotus Cafe. It is now a very unique cafe specializing in cowboy cuisine with a world flavour. I opened the Golden Lotus Cafe in 1995. It is now Hat Creek’s only restaurant. I serve up great cowboy cuisine everyday. I also have a huge collection of vinyl and CDs which I play in the cafe all the time. If you are in the area, I hope you'll stop by and have a bite to eat and listen to the music.
