I am Nikita Hengbok!
My name is Niki, for short for Nikita. My online nick is Hengbok which in Korean means Happiness. What I am, is beyond most people's imagination. Despite the suggestive or sexually provocative image some of my photos may portray here, I'm actually a very private, quiet and shy person. Dislike answering personal questions. Loathe conformity. Very selective about friends, including online ones. Hate superficial, shallow and narrow-minded people who try to impose their foolish ideals and perceptions on me! If you judge my character from my photos or fashion, you will be very very far off the mark. You probably think I'm lying, but rest assure I'm not. Many people had encountered frustration or great difficulties in understanding my personality coz this book really does have a completely misleading cover when compared to the contents. I am NOT what you thought, assumed or speculated. Simple, I am not!

About us
My guy, who is my one and only love, is an open-minded person. We are soulmates, very loyal to each other with no secret between us. Love is base on trust, not jealousy. He has no qualm about other guys admiring me, but see no touch. He doesn't mind guys befriending me as long as they remain civil. He's a no jealousy, not possessive type of person. Protective, yes, which he said it's a man's duty to protect those he loves and treasures. By my insistence, him being much older than me, with his vast experiences and knowledge, helps me regulate and filter my online activities and contacts. And he has complete access to all my online sites. Without needing him to tell me, I will be the first to block ill-mannered people! We dislike people who are rude, imposing or intrusive and we are NOT looking for flirts or sexual contacts. DO NOT add me for that or WE WILL BLOCK YOU!

Misleading info regarding my gender
Some low-lifers tried to smear my reputation coz I refused to adhere to their ideals/perceptions. They declared that I am a transvestite who had undergone a sex-change operation. Some, who couldn't be bother to read the description in my 'I was a boy' set, also had the same impression without realizing that the title is just a joke. For the record, which I have ample proofs, I am born a female. However, I was very boyish since young. Dressed and behaved like a boy. Not a butch nor a lesbian, just a regular tomboyish girl. Was mistaken for a male many times in the past. After 2003, I decided to be a woman and this album portray the changes. Envious losers(usually fat and/or ugly females) perceived me as a threat to their existence and their craving for attention. They are stupid enough not to realize that no amount of flaming, slandering or misleading info about me will change the facts or able to bring me down. I am stronger than they thought. The numbers of losers trying to overwhelm me does not frighten me! I do not live my life according to what others demand. I will not blindly follow ideals/perceptions/principles/standards and have no need of anyone's approval on how I live my life. I am a rebel, rebelling against the stupidity of the human race!

My Interests and Hobbies:
Photography and PhotoShop ~ Once upon a time, I indulged in these 2 hobbies. Not good at them, but I tried. Now, I'm doing very little of it. Even though I had won an award in a nation-wide photo competition by just using a small point and shoot camera, I am becoming more of the subject rather than the photographer. However, that does not mean I'd given up on these 2 subjects. Still take some pics and do a little PhotoShop occasionally. Primarily, the reason why I don't do so much on these nowadays is because I have a very talented SoulMate who greatly exceed me in these 2 aspects! He's a graphic designer and a CGI artist who is a former professional photographer, a commercial model builder, world traveler, jack-of-all-trades, tinker, sailor, soldier, spy... eh, he never was a spy as far as I know. =P
Although he taught me a lot, there's no way for me to surpass his experiences, skills and talents. Am not complaining. I am very glad that I found him and can leave most of the work to him, thus saving me lots of efforts. xD
All the PhotoShop creations in my album were done by him. Camera used for my earlier pics(till 2006) was a Nikon Coolpix 5700. Sold the Nikon and bought a Canon A630. In Jan 2011, we bought a Canon SX30 IS. With its 35x SuperZoom lens, we hope to do much more and better photography than before. Nature photography is one of our passion. Factoring in the cost of equipments, weight and bulk, we're not looking forward to an DSLR. Our preference is to travel light and casual. We are for the art of photography, not technicalities.

Modeling ~ This might explain why I'm more of a subject rather than behind the camera nowadays. Me is a part-time, free-lance model, doing paid shoots only on weekends. Too short to be a runway model, only for stills or events. Modeling is just a fun thing to me, not really for fame nor money. WILL NOT do lingerie or nude. These are reserved for my guy ONLY! Contact me if you need a model. Just bear in mind that my guy will be present for all photo sessions and I do not do TFCD or for free. Be prepare to pay for my time.

My Fashion ~ Dislike conforming to current fashion. What I do is mix and match. Many of my clothes were altered or DIY. Love caps/hats and high-heel boots with nothing less than 3 inches stiletto heels. Also love dressing up in costumes. The only setback is, there ain't much occasion I can do that. Some of my outfits.

Attending cosplay/anime events ~ Me is anime girl, a KittyCat schoolgirl or Machiko, the female human Predator! Events I had attended.

Roaming The World ~ Wish I have more time and money for this! Love to visit strange new places and especially beautiful beaches where I can pose in bikini for my love! =P

Ice-skating ~ Have been ice-skating since my schooling days. That was when I bought my ice hockey boots. Am trying to do it as often as possible and it despairs me that I haven't much time for it in my hectic, mundane working life! Me on Ice xD

Stilt-walking ~ Yeah, I know I'm kinda weird. Learned the traditional skill in just under a week, getting bruises and blisters on my legs. After which I went straight to performing/parading @RWS(Resort World Sentosa) as the Queen of Heart. Beside modeling, stilt-walking is another of my part-time money-making activate. Wishing I can be a full-time stilt-walking performer. At the moment, I am using stilts belonging to an organization and trying to get a pair of my own. Simply love walking and dancing on stilt! It's the only time I can towered over everyone! LOL! =P

Origami ~ Loves browsing in stationery stores for paper products. Dunno why, but I have a fascination with paper, paper craft, paper bags, boxes, notebooks, sketch pads, using magazine pages as gift wrappings or envelopes... paper, paper, paper! LOL! xD
I just got restart on a cheap and fun hobby I did as a kid. Folding Origami! At the moment, I'm using old magazine pages, but I'm going to do more. Fancy Paper! Hold on to your paper, here I come, the Origami Hamster! LOL! =P

Kpop ~ Loves Korean pop songs mainly from late 90s' to early 2000s' coz I started at those time. Was a fan of H.O.T and BoA. Had collected almost all their CDs and DVDs. Not a fan of the current Kpop.

Collecting Anime Figures and Gashapon ~ Not exactly a serious collector as I'm not a fan of anime or know much about them. Collect what I like and most time without even knowing what characters they are or from which anime/movie/game. Therefore, my collection consists of a wide range not based on fandom, but on artistic preferences. And I love sexually provocative anime warrior girls. Some of my anime figurines collection.

Dragons ~ Love Dragons! Okok... I know dragons are not real and I can't have a pet dragon. So, the next best are - Dragon Figurines! Collected a whole lot of Dragons from McFarlane series and some from gaming merchandise. No fanatic collecting frenzy. If I see, I like and if I can afford, I buy. My Dragon figurines.

Weapons ~ This gonna sound weird, I love weapons! Well, I'd always wanna be a warrior princess, tough, yet feminine, holding a lethal weapon in my hands. Not that I love war or wanna kill something. It's just that I love the feel of toughness and deadliness in a weapon. Dunno much about weapons or their names, but I'd accumulated quite a collection of miniature replica of weapons - warships, tanks, fighter planes and guns. Own some small knives(Big ones and guns are illegal where I stay). Wanting to get a replica of a Katana or a fantasy sword. I wanna be a War Hamster! LOL! =P

Love Nature ~ Now, this might sounds odd and controversial for a girl who also likes weaponry, but that's just me. I've a tough and soft side. LOL! =P
Had been venturing into nature parks/reserves and seashores at low tide, taking many pics of wildlife. My guy is an experienced Jungle Boy, but it was not easy for a city girl like me to adapt to the wild, enduring the heat/humidity, the dirt/mud/sweat and insect bites. But in the process, I'd learn a lot about Mother Nature. She is so mysterious with huge versatility and I'd learned why human shouldn't abuse nature. Respect Mother Nature for her demise is our doom! Her pictures are varied and include flowers, animals, buildings, events and Niki herself.

The pictures with Niki in them are superb and best of them are, I think, the "Hats", "Police" and "Navy" sets along with the "My Fantasy" set. The "Hats" set shows her fantastic face to its best whilst the "My Fantasy" set has some great artwork with Niki incorporated into the picture. There is also a superb sunset picture with a silhouette of Niki which is one of the best pictures on Flickr.
