Wanting to pursue a career in the media, I attended the University of Missouri School of Journalism.
After graduating with a Bachelors of Journalism in 2002, I made the move to Florence, S.C., to work for the local daily newspaper.
Three and a half years later, in March 2006, I joined the staff of Gannett’s The Greenville News in Greenville, S.C.
