Knowledge is like Cow muck
You can hoard it all up in a big pile where it is no use to anyone
OR
yoou can spread it all over the place and watch the whole world grow.
ancient, haggard, beatenup, dragged through a hedge backwards forwards and sidewards, and those are just my good points
bought my first decent camera in march 2006, so I'm only new to the game.
It may say pro on the name but I'm definatly an amateur in this game and learning all the way.
I work as a hedgerow management consultant and contractor covering mainly the north west but occasionally all over Britain.
if you want permissions or larger versions of any of my photos then ask and you will recieve.
currently working on an information website centered on hedgerows of Britain and Ireland. With an extension on Parasitica -parasitic wasps
It is in its very early stages yet.

aphid twix says:
"hedgerow is without doubt a fantastic asset to flickr ...with a great eye for a good shot,as anyone can see by enjoying the great collection of species he's photographed ...and the way he perfectly captures subjects, often from different angles, means the pics can be very usefull for people needing identifications.
But just as important as that,is how friendly, helpfull and knowledgeable he is on many aspects of nature, always willing to kindly share any info he has with other people who are still learning, like myself and no doubt many others too.....many thanks Pete/hedge:)"12th January, 2007
