I got back into photography around a year, year and a half, ago (as of April 2011) after maybe 6-7 years of not taking many pictures. A friend of mine gave me his point and shoot, and I carried that around with me more or less all last year snapping pictures and it made me remember what I liked about all this to begin with. So last December I bought me a Nikon D7000 (to compliment my old F-801 film SLR) along with a 35mm 1.8 lens. And that's where I'm at right now. Thoroughly enjoying photography and getting my hours, and shots, in to get my head properly back in the game again.
