Lindsey is a registered dietitian, professional nutrition speaker, freelance author, and nutrition communications expert. She possesses a dual Master’s Degree in Nutrition Communications and Clinical Nutrition from Tufts University’s Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy - the only graduate and professional school of nutrition in North America.

Her passion is translating the science of nutrition into actionable advice for the consumer, and bringing a fresh voice to nutrition through speaking, writing, blogging, and tweeting. Lindsey has been tapped as a resource for her nutrition expertise in publications such as Nutrition Today, Girl's Life, and Healthy & Fit magazine, and is a contributing author to "The Dietary Treatment of Obesity," an extensive medical reference guide detailing the nutritional and medical treatment of chronic obesity.
