"I guess "haxhinexha's" and my path crossed early on in my first days of joining flickr.com. I didn't know much at all about Kosova at the time, but the photos I had been viewing from Prizren and the Sharri Mountains really caught my eye. The beauty in their mountain range, with the city of Prizren down in the valley was an awesome treat to view through all the seasons of that first year.

Working together on the QEMD "Finch" Group has brought both of us many new friends from all over the world. We all love the same thing: Nature, Wildlife, Geography and Science. Sharing photographs of things we've seen in our day-to-day life has been fun and most enjoyable to all involved. It's wonderful to know that we are always just a click away through use of the internet.

For me, the Professor's photos opened a door to another side of the world. Friendships are important values in all of our lives. To me, Nexha Ramadani's family is now my family and I am humbled that he calls mine....his family as well."
