I'm yet another person who is completely obsessed with photography. My social skills are not the best, and I find it hard to see what's going on from a person's expression if we're face-to-face. When I take a picture of somebody, I start to notice things. Usually I just see how much I scare people when I take my camera out. I've found myself wanting to meet new people and be closer to them just because I want to take better pictures of them. Is that wrong?
I was born in Finland. My family and I moved to Canada in the early '80s. I've gone back to visit a couple of times, and with my new eyes, I can see what a beautiful place my childhood home city is.
