I'm a wife, a chrisitan, a friend, a daughter, a graduate, an artist, and a photographer.

I just graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with a BA in photography. My final semester I completed a thesis project dealing with identity and self-portraiture. I held a solo exhibit in April at the MacNamara Gallery and also presented my work in May.

From April 2009-May 2010 I worked on a self-portrait 365 project. If you browse the 365 set, you'll notice there are months of pictures missing. I didn't stop shooting, I just fell behind on editing (due to school, work, life....etc.). I will be editing and uploading these as I get to them. My 365 project changed the way I view myself, the way I interact with my camera, and the way I photograph others. I'm considering starting another 365 project or a 52 project.

I've been doing freelance work (senior portraits, family/maternity/children/engagements, creative sessions, weddings) part time for a number of years. However, now that I've graduated I'm moving into full swing to setup an official business. You can visit my website for more information.
