I'm starting my second-year as a high school English teacher at a school close to Boston. Last year, I taught in a large, urban school in Brockton, MA. While I'll miss my former students there I'm looking forward to the new challenges ahead (and the much-reduced commute!)
My wife and I are new parents and we are enchanted with our son Blai.
I continue to be interested in anything creative--writing, art, and music, in particular. I play several instruments but the harmonica is the love of my life--next to my wife and son, of course.
I absolutely love food and seeing as I have married an amazing Catalan woman who is also a gifted cook, I consider myself very lucky indeed.
I would like to take a photography course, although flickr is a great learning experience if you choose the right people to learn from. I would like to learn more about HDR photos and computer manipulation of images but I still like the unretouched photographic moment.
