Retired after 30 yrs from TVA, owned a couple of businesses, now working at the Home Depot selling appliances (Hey it pays for the photography equipment).
Among other talents, I am a certified barbecue judge being certified by the Kansas City Barbecue Society and the Memphis In May organization. I also was Pitboss for my own competition cooking team "C. Mor Butts". We won several trophies including Best Barbecue Sauce in Alabama at the 1999 KCBS State Championship and was runner up in the Tennessee State Championship. I also cooked in the 2000 World Championship and placed 8th in the rib competition.
Other interest include woodworking and reading.
