Located in the beautiful Hampton Roads area of Virginia (close to Virginia Beach and Norfolk), HaginPhotography is ready to meet your photography needs.

I am Virginia Hagin, owner of HaginPhotography.

I have been taking photos ever since I received my first film camera when I was six years old and have always been the photographer in my family. My hobby turned into a profession in 2002, when I began an internship at the Fort Monroe Photography Branch. Under the guidance of Michael Tatum, I learned the finer points of studio, wedding, and event photography.

I am currently working as a freelance photographer and photojournalist, specializing in event photography. My photos have been used by the U.S. Army, the USO, Manhattan Magazine, Homes For Our Troops, the 1st Infantry Division Band, the Lt. Dan Band, drummer Danny Gottlieb, guitarist Kimo Williams, saxophonist Mitch Paliga, plus many more.

Beyond my business, I believe in giving back to the community. I currently volunteer my time and professional services to the USO, Homes For Our Troops, Operation Love, and the Riley County Humane Society. I have used my skills to help with fundraising for the Riley County Humane Society and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
