Retired NPR and public radio and television station executive, but working half time as President and Executive Director of the Public Television Major Market Group. Retirement means taking care of the 180-acre Heigh Torr Corrie Moidart farm in northwestern Loudoun County, Virginia, home to about 100 acres of forest and pasture occupied by a flock of ten Scottish Highlands cattle. My wife is Mhairi G. MacDonald, M.D., a retired neonatologist and professor.
