"I've known Guy for a good few years now. Unfortunately we share the same expenditure gene and have been through the ups and downs of many (many) purchases in tandem, like the Canon 300D (we both had one of those), oh and the Nikon D70 (ditto), the Nikon D200 and D2X (ditto, ditto).
I've been very lucky that Guy's been happy to have me along as a second man at a couple of weddings and I have to say I've been impressed on both occasions with his professionalism, easy "people skills" and with his eye for great people shots - he just seems to shrug off the pressure of these events too, which is a talent in itself.
Sadly, he's gone back to Canon and I'm still a Nikon boy ... I hope we don't drift apart ;-)"13th September, 2006
