I have loved taking Photographs for a long time, but my real passion for photography didn't start until June 2007 when I got my first DSLR the Canon EOS 400D.
My Camera History
1992: My mother bought me a pocket camera with a Ninja Turtles theme. I took a lot of photos with it of my friends and family, I still have the photos but not the camera.
1998 I bought a compact film camera (Ricoh) I think, but it didn't last and was lost somewhere.
1999 Bought my first Digital camera the Casio QV-11, it was under 1 Megapixel, had fun with it, but it had tremendous limitations.
2002 I bought another Casio, the QV-8000SX 2 megapixel camera.
2005 I bought a fuji finepix S5600, which I still have to this day.
June - 2007 My first DSLR. the EOS 400D arrives, and my Photography is officially started.
May - 2008 Sold my 400D and got my second DSLR the Canon EOS 40D. Getting more serious about Photography.
Automotive / Automobile Photography I have had a passion for cars also for a long time and when I picked up my first DSLR I pointed it a lot towards cars, and now my main specialty and subject for photography is cars. The Anime Side
I'm very interested in collecting diecast models and anime figures, namely because of my childhood memories, I've always loved cartoons and especially Japanese animation and Walt Disney films for the beauty and imagination they spread around the world. I love my Hobbies....from Photography to collecting Anime figures and models to building scale models and drawing.
HDR
At this point many know that Digital photography tends to have it's unique diversity. Photoshopped? Straight from the camera? Light editing? HDR? all make wonderful shots when done right. I like the creativity that Digital Photography brings and when I take photos I consider each and every possibilities of how it would look best. HDR is not an easy technique, but it's one that I've come to love and know how to use well.
The Red Beetle and Mosque HDR won 1st place in KUNA's (Kuwait News Agency) 3rd Bi-Annual Photography Competition 2008. Best Photoshop Enhanced photo.
