I'm not particularly adept at taking pictures, but I don't particularly care.
I don't have a steady hand (in anything not just camera use; my crockery and glassware decreases on a near daily basis ) and suffer from near terminal embarrassment so don't use a tripod even though I own one two. So shake is frequent.
Also so is blur. Sometimes intentionally.

I like looking at pictures of: flowers (gerberas/roses), trains (steam especially), buildings, Nottingham, Derby, people, roads, aeroplanes, cute furry things, not so furry things that are cute, other places I'd like to be right this/that minute...
I favourite lots of things.
I like in general: nerdiness, dark/perverse/filthy/nerdy jokes, gadgets with very many buttons, being a passenger, museums, walking, hula hooping, Swedish/Icelandic crime novels, kawaii, 50s clothes, polka dots, the inventor of toric contact lenses, eating plants, playdoh, sarcasm, perfume, "They Might be Giants" the 1971 film (the band aren't bad either), "One of Our Dinosaurs is Missing", Julie London, Bobby Darin, The Pipettes, Saint-Saens, Shostakovitch, silent films, going on a bit...
I'm not so keen on: Ivy (the plant, not my deceased aunt), honeycombs, butterflies, the obsession of my fellow females with hair straighteners, chick flicks...
