Groundwork Inc. supports children and families that face an economic challenged and live in under-served communities in Brooklyn. Groundwork identifies small communities with high rates of poverty, typically public housing developments, and provides academic enrichment and other supportive services to a critical mass of families who live there. In this way, we seek to empower not only the families we serve directly but to change the community itself by increasing human capital. All of our programs and services are offered free of charge.
