My Flickr is mostly a photo journal of our lives. I've found Flickr a great way to share our lives with the people in our lives. In fact, most of our photos are public so that our family and friends can see them -- since most of them don't have Flickr accounts.

Making Contact

I enjoy meeting people. I enjoy commenting photos. I enjoy receiving comments, too. If I add you as a contact, it is because I appreciate your photos or otherwise feel we have something in common. Please don't assume I am simply trying to gain access to your private photos because that is not the case. I do not expect anyone to make me a contact, much less set me to "Family" or "Friend." Of course, if you do, thanks! I consider it a privilege.

Also, please realize that making me a contact, even if you set me to "Family" or "Friend", will not guarantee I do the same for you. Again, it depends on your content, and/or whether I feel we have something in common or not.

Family-friendly

*Sexual content does not interest me.* You will never find any sexual content in my Flickr photostream, not even in my favorites. Flickr is not the place for it, at least not in public. Actually, seeing it in public Flickr streams annoys me enough that, if I happen across it, I often report it. If you're gonna have it, please set it "Family" or "Friend" only.

I should clarify that I have no problem with simple nudity. Unlike many people today, I believe nudity does not necessarily mean sex.
