The John Glenn School of Public Affairs prepares students for careers in the public and non-profit sectors.

The Glenn School offers a Bachelor of Arts in Public Affairs, Master’s degree programs and a Doctoral program and a variety of dual and joint degree programs in collaboration with other Ohio State colleges and departments.

Internship programs and cocurricular activities provide opportunities for undergraduate, graduate, and high school students to experience the complex and challenging world of policy options and decisions.

The Glenn School serves as Ohio State’s Window on the World of Public Affair, its faculty members and students conduct and disseminate research on policy relevant issues and engage with policy-makers and civic leaders to develop viable solutions for today’s public affairs problems.

The school offers technical assistance activities to assist state, local, federal, non-profit agencies, and legislative bodies to address their management and policy problems.

The Glenn school’s continuing education programs offers management and leadership training for public sector and nonprofit employees.

Through its outreach and civic activities, the School engages the public in the exploration of citizenship and the role of the public sector in a civil society.
