Hi. I am Glenn Waters an Australian that has been living in Japan since 1986. Most of that time in Aomori 青森県弘前市
As a child I always had a camera hanging around my neck. My first serious camera was a Pentax 35mm film SLR.
I have had a load of digital cameras over the years (not DSLR) but only really got back into photography in 2007 with my first DSLR a Nikon D300.
Then I discovered that todays photography can be used as a form of artistic expression. I needed an artistic release, since I stoped my engraving and custom art knife making.
Photography has filled that gap.

I hope to be able to share a bit of the beautiful part of Japan where I live with others through my photos.

I'm extremely happy that so many people have added me as a contact, and thank you for that. But please don't be angry if I don't add you to my list. With my limited time it is very difficult to keep up with a contact list with more than a few hundred contacts.
