i got into photography in college, when i studied architecture in italy. i wasn't going to bring my camera, b/c how could anyone capture that kind of beauty on film? at the last minute i changed my mind, and ended up spending every dime i had on film and processing.
when i had my son a few years ago, i took a year off of work as an architect and enrolled in a photoshop class at the local community college. i loved it so much that i decided to take a break from architecture and attempt a career as a professional photographer as a way to spend more time with my family. i've been working as a family/children photographer ever since. i've recently gotten into graphic design and enjoy that equally well.
