Since 1991, Gilbert Leadership (A program of the Gilbert Chamber of Commerce) has been helping develop our town's current and future leaders.

Gilbert Leadership brings together individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences to develop their leadership potential, learn about the Town and the community, and discover how they can best serve others using their unique talents and expertise.

We do this Sept-May in small classes (up to 25 per year) through 10 issue days, 6 or more community tours, 1 class project, and the relationships that are built for a lifetime!
