i look forward to marshall's self portraits everyday, i always wonder "what did he take today? ". his portraiture skills are so sharp, and i think they can be confused for professional portraits. all of his pictures are so clear and bright, and pretty much flawless. not only does he take good portraits, he also has a story behind each of his pictures, and i especially enjoy the ones with the humorous story behind them. i can also tell that he's not scared to experiment with his pictures, and his image is always genuine, and not heavily manipulated. he's also really committed to his pictures, but he also takes the time to actually look through peoples photos and comment on them. he's one of the only people i actually talk to on flickr, because he has a kind personality, and he's willing to help others out. (like that time he gave me tips on how to make my d40 look as good as his :) ).
