Middle aged Canadian boy that fell in love with photography back in the early 80's. I had and old Praktica 35 mm film slr that I bought at Consumers Distributing 25 yrs ago. I became so busy with sports, motorcycling and work that photography kinda disappeared. I'm too old to play sports too much and the bike days are long gone so my passion for photography now has some time in my life. I also have 2 young kids that I need to document their lives as they grow. I got the itch again in Dec. 07 and grabbed up a Rebel XT. I became a photo maniac and grabbed a few more lenses and a 2 year subscription to Pop Photo. My wife suggested that I was getting good enough to maybe upgrade cameras. I went to the 40D and never looked back. Still saving to maybe buy an L lense one day.
